About Ayurveda:

Ayurveda is an ancient system of health and wellness. It derived from the oldest philosophies known to humankind, called the Vedas. It is for people who by harmonizing themselves seek to act as harmonizing forces in their families, lives, communities, society and the planet.

Why digestion?

“When diet is wrong medicine is of no use;

When diet is right medicine is of no need”

Digestion is pivotal to overall health in Ayurveda. As is sleep and the preservation of vital energy which allows for good physical and emotional health and function. "Diet” holds meaning beyond what we put in our mouths. It is how we feed ourselves through relationships, daily rhythm, lifestyle and approach to the day.

Emily Reed guides people to greater purpose, creativity, and freedom in their lives through supporting health and well-being. She is the founder of "Wellness from Within" her business platform through which she shares about Modern Wellbeing from a foundation of Ayurveda & Yoga.

She does this through amongst other things supporting people with digestive health/diet (ahar), daily routine and lifestyle (vihar) adjustments. She uses tools from Yoga practices and Ayurvedic perspectives and techniques to help individuals create greater balance in their lives.
